So what exactly is the configuration of UNIK's equipment?
Simply put, we don't cut corners where it matters. The hydraulic system uses internationally leading brands such as Rexroth or Yuken, not no-name alternatives. The electrical control system uses industrial-grade Siemens or Mitsubishi PLCs, not domestic imitations. The machine frame is made of Q355B high-strength steel with a thickness of 25 mm, not ordinary steel. The molds undergo carburizing heat treatment, achieving a hardness of HRC 50–55, and one set of molds can produce 200,000 to 350,000 bricks. All wearing parts are of internationally standard specifications, with a complete parts list provided. The design life is no less than 12 years.
