By changing molds, the same main machine can produce a variety of products including hollow blocks, solid bricks, paving bricks, curbstones, interlocking blocks, grass planting pavers, and more. High-quality equipment features a quick mold change system (15–20 minutes), and with a recipe management system, switching products requires just one click to recall vibration frequency, molding pressure, and molding cycle parameters. Molds should be made of wear-resistant alloy steel, carburized and heat-treated, with high-precision CNC machining, achieving a hardness of HRC 50–55, key dimensional tolerances of ±0.2 mm, and a service life of 200,000–350,000 cycles per mold set.
