A brick and block making machine is a basic yet critical piece of production equipment in the construction industry. It converts raw materials such as cement, sand and gravel, fly ash, and construction waste into various concrete products required by the construction market through a molding process combining high-frequency vibration and hydraulic compression. From hollow blocks, solid bricks, and paving bricks to curbstones and interlocking blocks, one set of equipment can cover the main product lines for building construction and municipal paving. The equipment uses a PLC fully automatic control system – from raw material batching, mixing, and molding to automatic block output – the entire process is completed automatically by the system. QT Series – Classic Fully Automatic Hydraulic Workhorse

The QT series is a mature, proven model validated in global markets, featuring a PLC fully automatic control system that achieves end-to-end automation from batching, mixing, and molding to automatic block output. The equipment can produce a variety of products including hollow blocks, solid bricks, paving bricks, curbstones, interlocking blocks, and grass planting pavers. Mold change takes 15–20 minutes, and recipes can be switched with one click.

By changing molds (15–20 minutes), the same main machine can flexibly produce a variety of concrete products. Together with the recipe management system (capable of storing 50–100 sets of process parameters), rapid product changeover is achieved:
