Voltage Adaptation & Power Supply Solutions
The Nigerian grid voltage typically fluctuates within the range of 220V–440V, with unstable power supply in some regions. UNIK equipment supports multi-voltage customization (220V/380V/415V/440V, 50/60Hz optional), featuring a wide voltage design capable of withstanding fluctuations of ±20%, and can be optionally equipped with a generator interface. In regions with unstable electricity such as Nigeria, this is a key configuration for ensuring production continuity.

Process
UNIK was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Quanzhou, Fujian, China. Its products are exported to over 70 countries worldwide and hold ISO 9001, CE, SGS and other international certifications. UNIK has successfully delivered QT6-15 block making machines to customers in Nigeria.
Furthermore, UNIK's concrete block molds have an established sales and service network in Lagos and surrounding areas of Nigeria. The molds are made of hardened wear-resistant alloy steel and are compatible with mainstream equipment brands in the Nigerian market (QT4-15, QT6-15, QT10-15). Monthly production capacity reaches 50 sets, with weekly shipments available to Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Tincan Island. After one Lagos customer switched from local molds to UNIK molds, their reject rate dropped from 15% to 2%.
