Vibration and Mold System: Determining Block Quality and Product Diversity

The vibration system determines the density of the blocks. A good configuration must adopt technologies such as table‑mold resonance, variable frequency vibration, and hydraulic floating. The vibration motors must be copper‑wire motors with power matched to the model. During start‑up testing, the vibration must be uniform, without bouncing or shaking, and the produced blocks should have no honeycombing, no rough surface, and intact edges and corners.

The mold directly determines the types of products that can be produced and the dimensional accuracy. High‑quality molds must be made of Cr12MoV alloy tool steel, with the surface nitrided to a hardness of ≥ HRC58. The clearance between the mold and the pressing head must be ≤ 0.1mm (tested with a feeler gauge). After assembly, the manufacturer can be asked to conduct an on‑site trial production of 10 standard blocks to check whether the surface flatness and dimensional errors meet the standards (length deviation ≤ ±2mm, thickness deviation ≤ ±1.5mm).
