The process of Automatic concrete block making machine mainly includes batching system, mixing system, feeding system, forming system, automatic stacking system, hydraulic system, electrical control system and so on.

1.Batching system: The aggregates stored in the batching station are calculated by the quantitative belt and the pre-mixed belts are weighed in two stages, and the aggregate control and conveying system is used to achieve accurate feeding according to the predetermined ratio. The weighed and premixed materials will directly enter the mixer for mixing. and the weighing system adopts pressure sensor control to effectively solve the problem of large volume measurement error. At the same time, the dosing station is equipped with a resistive material level sensor to ensure that the material is not empty. Compared with traditional capacitive resistivity level sensors, material level control is more accurate.

2.Mixing system:after the precise proportioning material provided by the upper batching system enters into the mixer body, it will be forced to mix and stir again until a qualified water-cement ratio is obtained, which is then fed to the forming machine stocking system through the conveying system. Among them, the amount of water to be supplied by the automatic, quantitative water supply device to the material in the mixer

3.Feeding system: The raw material stored in the hopper of the molding machine is automatically entered into the base material box through the setting instruction, and forcedly, quickly, and smoothly enters the narrowness under the centrifugal acceleration of the forced rotary crucible driven by the electric motor. Mold boxes provide sufficient materials for the production of high-strength, concrete products.

4.Forming system: The forming system is the core part of the whole concrete block production line, with the special vibration system and flexible control system. The powerful vibration system improves the strength of the product, and the perfect damping system extends the life of the mold and the body.

5.Automatic stacking system: The automatic stacking system cooperates with the photoelectric sensor and drives the chain to run smoothly in the vertical and horizontal directions through the motor. It transports one pallet with green blocks each time, The supreme layer-by-layer code is loaded in batches and successively transported to the 5-6th floor before bulk transfer to the finished product yard

6.Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system is mainly composed of a control function valve body, a fuel supply system, an oil return system, and an oil circuit cooling system on the hydraulic station. The valve body of each control function is highly integrated through the integrated module, and the structure is compact and the connection is convenient. The hydraulic station and the actuating element are connected by a high pressure steel pipe or a hose.

7.Electrical control system: The electrical system adopts international brands - Siemens display and programmable controller PLC, which can be fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual operation. Automatic cycle operation, equipped with data input and output devices, control system including safety logic control and fault diagnosis system, remote monitoring system.
