Products Description
From raw material intake to finished product output, a complete block production line is made up of multiple independent pieces of equipment working in coordination. The mixer is responsible for uniformly blending sand, stone, cement, fly ash and other raw materials with water, while the block forming machine compacts the mixed concrete through high‑frequency vibration and hydraulic pressing to produce dense, high‑strength blocks.
The two work in tandem and are inseparable: the homogeneity of the concrete is the foundation of block strength, while the moulding precision determines the final product quality. Main features
They are closely connected through devices such as belt conveyors. After precisely metered raw materials enter the mixer and are thoroughly mixed into concrete with the right consistency, the material is continuously and steadily fed into the hopper of the forming machine via a conveyor belt. The entire process is coordinated by a PLC control system, ensuring seamless integration between the two core operations of mixing and forming.
