This shipment marks another milestone in Unik Machinery's growing footprint across the African market, where demand for reliable and cost-effective block making equipment is rapidly increasing. The delivered system includes a complete batching and mixing plant, a high-efficiency block making machine (applicable to various models), automatic elevator, finger car system, curing chamber handling, automatic cubing system, pallet return system, and pallet exit conveyor – all integrated with centralized PLC control for intelligent, stable, and low-power operation.

Conveyor belt & cement silo integration
Automatic stacker & finger car for curing yard management
Automatic block cuber & packing machine – independent PLC control, compatible with existing plants, greatly reducing manual labor
In addition to block machines, Unik Machinery also manufactures concrete pipe making machines (vertical extruding & suspension roller types), fencing panel machines, H beam / T beam machines, and custom precast moulds for manholes, drainage channels, barriers, and lego blocks.
The Ghana shipment is expected to arrive in port within six weeks, where Unik's engineers will provide remote commissioning guidance and on-site training support.
