UNIK's Fully Automatic Concrete Block Production Line: One‑Stop Smart Solution from Batching to Palletizing
In the concrete products industry, rising labour costs and tighter quality requirements are pushing companies to accelerate automation upgrades. Fujian UNIK Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., drawing on years of plant design experience, has launched a fully automatic concrete block production line that covers the entire process - batching, mixing, forming, curing, and palletizing - achieving "one‑click production and unattended operation."
The line consists of a batching station, JS compulsory mixer, cement scale, conveyor belt, block making machine, elevator, finger car system, curing chamber, and automatic cubing system. All equipment is centrally controlled by a PLC system, ensuring accurate batching, stable forming, and neat stacking. It is especially suitable for medium‑to‑large block plants with annual outputs ranging from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of cubic metres.
UNIK not only provides standard equipment but also offers flexible custom design based on the customer's site, raw materials, and product types. For example, different pallet sizes (from 700×540mm to 880×1440mm) can be accommodated by matching suitable block machines and finger cars; the cubing system can operate independently or be integrated in‑line with the main production line for maximum compatibility.
