Precautions:

⑴ When opening the batching machine, the weighing hopper should be an empty hopper, otherwise the remaining material in the empty hopper shall be discharged manually. If the display is not ‘0’ at this time, press the clear key to make it display ‘0’

⑵ If the batching controller does not work normally by accident, it can be turned off and restarted.

⑶ The first batching measurement process when starting up is the automatic drop correction program. In the future, it will be batched according to the revised results, and each material will be batched in two stages during automatic revision to meet the measurement requirements.

⑷ The weighing hopper is often jammed by some sundries, so this point must be paid special attention.

⑸ Before starting the machine, check that there are loose wireless heads and loose components in the line. If so, it should be connected firmly and firmly, and no debris should be placed in the box.
