Automatic Batching Machine
The concrete batching machine is an automatic batching device that cooperates with the mixer to work together. It can automatically complete the batching of 2-4 kinds of materials according to the user-defined mixing ratio. The batching machine and the JS750 and JS500 mixers can be used together to form a simple concrete mixing plant. It is an ideal equipment for high-performance concrete production in various construction projects, small and medium-sized construction sites and precast plants.

Operation notes:
1.Enter the set values for gravel and cement as required. If a material does not participate in the ratio, the set value must be set to zero.
2.When the material weight of the weighing bucket reaches the set value, the feeding conveyor will automatically stop, but there will still be a part of the material falling into the weighing hopper. The weight of this part of the material is the drop. In order to ensure the accuracy of the ingredients, the material's drop value must be corrected. Different material controllers have different ways to adjust the drop value. Most models do not require manual operation by the user and can be automatically corrected.
3.Before entering the batching process, turn on the main power and batching controller power, start the batching controller, start normal, press the ingredients or start button to achieve automatic ingredients,After the ingredients are finished, press the discharge button to send the mixed material to the mixer hopper. After completing the discharge, the batching machine will automatically perform two cycles of batching.After that, the operator only needs to press the discharging button when needed. During the batching process, press the pause button to temporarily stop the batching.
4.In order to realize the mixer, the batching machine is operated by one person. The machine is equipped with a wired remote control. Just plug the remote control plug into the remote control socket on the electrical box. The button function of the remote control is exactly the same as the corresponding button function on the electrical box. Each class should unload the material in the weighing hopper before the batcher stops using it.
