Precast lightweight wall panel machine
Precast lightweight wall panel machine is a new product jointly developed by our company and China Building Materials Academy. This machine uses the original random tension embedding the upper and lower surface protection of steel or pre-pulling the upper and lower surface protection of steel reinforcement technology(Steel diameter up to 5mm). The machine used ordinary silicon cement or Portland cement as a gelling agent, low carbon steel wire as a reinforcing material, expanded perlite, ceramsite, slag, fly ash, water slag, river sand for aggregate. The required multi-process for the traditional hand-drawn or vertical mold plate set in one, once formed by the aircraft. It uses unique technology, advanced technology, which greatly reduces the cost of products, improve the product quality and production efficiency, is the core equipment of lightweight partition board mechanization production line.
It works on the long-line table, using the high-strength low-relaxation steel strand as the guide, using the pushing work method to forming the concrete hollow-core slab. The slab have the advantages of smooth surface, high-density structure, capable of making construction slabs
