The process of producing bricks with a hollow brick machine: stir the clay with a clay mixer, mix some sand, deepen the stone powder, mix well, then transport it to the vacuum brick machine through the conveyor belt, and squeeze the vacuum pressure of the vacuum brick press. After the bricks are formed, the bricks are taken out and cut into uniform bricks by a billet machine, then automatically picked up by a code blank machine, placed in a kiln car, and fired into a kiln. Brick machines are divided into two categories: vacuum brick machines and non-burning brick machines. The brick produced by the vacuum brick machine is made of clay as the main raw material, and the hollow brick machine has a simple production process.
The hollow brick machine is actually a mechanical device for producing hollow bricks by adding a small amount of cement to fly ash, construction waste, slag, coal gangue, river sand and stone. The hollow brick machine has high-strength pressure shock, high brick strength, compactness, can be loaded at any time, and can be upgraded to disposable stone and hollow block. It is a four-post, patented, slim guide sleeve that is more rugged and durable. The feeder requires four shafts to stir at the same time to reduce the filling time and thus reduce the brick making speed. It is a forced mold synchronization structure that ensures consistent product thickness, smooth demolding and high output.

The hollow block machine ensures four steps of normal production:
1.Check the hollow brick machine before starting the machine, mainly to keep the mold clean, the locking ring of the equipment should be locked, and the oil pipe leaks.
2.Open a cooler season. The cooler should be turned on before the summer begins. In the winter, the waste heat of the empty machine is half an hour. When the temperature of the device exceeds 45 degrees, the cooler is turned back on.
3. After shutting down, test the hollow brick machine. Check whether the key moving parts such as the mold, bearing and screw of the hollow brick machine are normal.
4. After shutting down every day, you need to set up cleaning work for molds, material trucks, machines, etc. The running parts of the hollow brick machine require an appropriate amount of roller oil. The spilled oil should be properly cleaned to prevent dust from damaging the machine parts.
