Taking the industry benchmark QT12-15 as an example, its frame is made of high‑strength steel sections with special welding techniques, and its guide columns are made of super‑strength special steel with precision machining and chrome plating, offering excellent torsion resistance and wear resistance.
Low‑quality equipment uses ordinary steel and welded‑together structures. After two or three years, the frame begins to deform, mold wear accelerates, and block dimensional deviations grow larger. The difference in steel is not apparent at the time of purchase – it only begins to show in the third year.
