Hydraulic System: The Source of Pressure

The core power of a high‑pressure block forming machine comes from its hydraulic system. The equipment adopts a gantry hydraulic integral structure, combined with technologies such as three‑cylinder upper‑and‑lower pressing forming and table‑mold combined vibration hydraulic pressing. The hydraulic system pressurizes hydraulic oil to a rated pressure of 31.5 MPa through a high‑pressure oil pump, driving the press head to generate powerful pressing force.

The pressure level of the hydraulic system directly determines the density and strength of the blocks. The rated pressure of a high‑pressure block forming machine typically ranges from 21‑31.5 MPa. Some heavy‑duty models have a nominal pressure of up to 4000 KN (approximately 400 tons) or even higher – such as the 400‑ton hydraulic forming machine (QT‑400T), whose hydraulic pressing force reaches 400 tons, ensuring high‑density, durable blocks.

The stability of the hydraulic system is equally critical. Energy‑saving technologies such as variable frequency motors driving fixed displacement pumps can effectively reduce energy consumption. The equipment is equipped with high‑precision hydraulic valves and durable cylinders, ensuring long‑term operational stability and low maintenance costs.
