Unlike traditional clay bricks that require high‑temperature firing, the core principle of a compressed earth block machine is "physical compression."
It uses a powerful hydraulic system to generate immense pressure, compressing a mixture of moist soil, clay, sand, and a small amount of cement (or other stabilizer) inside a closed mold into high‑density bricks.
During this process, air is expelled, and the soil particles are pressed together to form a solid block.
Some advanced models also incorporate vibration during compression, helping soil particles better fill the mold, resulting in higher density and more uniform finished products.
