QTJ4-40 is an entry‑level stationary block forming machine in the UNIK QT series, designed for small‑scale production. From the model designation, "4" means it produces 4 standard hollow blocks per cycle, and "40" indicates a molding cycle of approximately 40 seconds. This equipment is built around the core design philosophy of being economical and practical.
Within the UNIK product line, the QTJ4-40 has a very clear positioning: it is the starting model with an even lower investment threshold than the QT4-25, making it the best choice for entrepreneurs who are new to block production and have limited budgets.
