Pallet block machine refers to a concrete block molding machine that uses wooden or plastic pallets as the carrying platform for green bricks. In the standard production process, the pallet carries the freshly formed green bricks from the molding machine through the conveying system to the curing area or palletizing system. After subsequent processes are completed, the empty pallets are returned to the machine for reuse.

The core functions of the pallet in block production are to support the green bricks during the molding process, maintain the dimensional accuracy of the blocks, and provide stable support during curing and handling. The flatness, durability, and circulation efficiency of the pallet directly affect the quality of the finished blocks and the continuous operation of the production line.

Intelligent Pallet Conveying System

The continuity of pallet supply directly determines the efficiency of the entire production line. UNIK can be equipped with an automatic pallet feeder (Pallet Feeder / Automatic Pallet Provider). Through a PLC control system and sensors, it automatically delivers empty pallets to the molding machine, ensuring precise synchronization between pallet supply and the molding cycle.

The automatic pallet feeder mainly consists of four parts: a pallet storage unit, a conveying mechanism, a lifting system, and a control system. Pallets are neatly stacked in the storage magazine, and a hydraulic or servo‑driven push mechanism sends them out one by one, accurately feeding them into the pallet position of the main machine. The entire process requires no manual intervention, greatly reducing labor intensity and improving production continuity.
