① Steel Cutting & Welding Capability

The machine frame is the backbone of a brick machine. Cutting and welding Q335B high‑strength steel requires CNC equipment and skilled welders. Robotic automatic welding combined with manual touch‑up welding is the foundation for ensuring frame accuracy of ≤0.2 mm.

② Machining Capability

Critical components such as the vibration table, guide post holes, and pressing head mounting plate require CNC machining centers and large gantry milling machines. A "factory" without in‑house machining capability is essentially just an assembly shop.

③ Hydraulic & Electrical Assembly Capability

The assembly of the hydraulic system (Taiwan CML valve sets) and electrical control system (Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC) requires dedicated assembly areas and testing equipment. Material‑loaded testing before shipment is the final checkpoint to verify the complete machine's quality.

④ Mold Manufacturing Capability

Molds are the "heart" of a brick machine. Imported wear‑resistant steel + vacuum quenching + hardness testing (HRC 58‑62) – these processes need to be completed in an in‑house or closely partnered mold workshop.
