Paver Block Machine
The production process of cement bricks: semi-dry press forming natural curing method uses a mixture of cement (or cement, lime) and sand, after being compressed, it is formed by natural curing for 28 days, and the product quality can reach ordinary clay bricks standard.
Paver block machine is able to apply in fully automatic block production line, is made up of batch station, concrete mixer, belt conveyor,automatic stacker and forklift. the fresh brick will be came out of brick machine and transported to stacker by block conveyor,when the splints come to some height, worker should carry the bricks to the curing area.

Curing requirements: Cement bricks should adopt natural curing: freshly formed bricks should not be exposed to direct sunlight to cause premature water loss. In order to make full use of solar energy, it can be covered with plastic film. In the frost season, when the temperature is lower than 5℃, it is not suitable for outdoor maintenance. Cement brick production line products are dehydrated and shrunk during the initial stage of stacking, so they should not be transported to construction sites too early for use. After spraying and curing, it generally needs to be stacked in the open for 15h, and the longer the curing time, the better. During the stacking process, the strength of cement bricks will continue to increase.
