Cement hollow brick machine is able to apply in fully automatic block production line, is made up of batch station, concrete mixer, belt conveyor,automatic stacker and forklift. the fresh brick will be came out of brick machine and transported to stacker by block conveyor,when the splints come to some height, worker should carry the bricks to the curing area.

Technical Specification:

1.The low-carbon alloy high-strength carburized steel is used to make the interlock block mouldl smooth and durable through the wire cutting and special heat treatment process, with a clearance of 0.5-0.8mm. Mold platens and consumables can be replaced freely, and different shapes and contours can be designed according to customer needs.

Raw materials: sand, stone and cement can be used to add a large amount of industrial waste such as fly ash, slag, steel slag, coal gangue, ceramsite and perlite.
