About Maintenance – You Don't Need to Be an Engineer
Maintaining a brick machine is not complicated if you follow a routine:
Daily: Check the oil level, clean the table surface, and listen to the running sound.
Weekly: Tighten bolts and clean the electrical cabinet air filters.
Monthly: Replace the hydraulic oil filter (spare parts are included with the machine).
Every six months: Inspect mold wear and grind if necessary.
Our engineers will train your workers hands‑on during installation and commissioning. We will keep teaching until they are confident. And if you ever have questions afterward, just contact us – we maintain a complete equipment file for every machine, so all parameters can be retrieved by simply quoting the model number.
