Transparent Core Configuration: Standard factory delivery includes Rexroth/Yuken hydraulics, Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC, and Q355B high‑strength manganese steel. All main frames use 25‑30 mm thickened steel plates, with double welding at critical points and three‑layer anti‑rust treatment. UNIK molds have obtained dual CE and SGS certifications, proving compliance with European health, safety, and environmental protection regulations.

High-strength machine frame, design life of no less than 12 years
A block making machine withstands tens of thousands of high-frequency vibrations every day – the frame is the foundation that determines equipment longevity. UNIK's main frame uses Q355B high-strength manganese steel, with 25–30 mm thickened steel plates in the main load-bearing areas, double welding at critical points, and a three-layer anti-rust treatment consisting of primer, topcoat, and baking paint. The design life is no less than 12 years.
