Automated Palletizer Systems

   

The intelligent palletizing machine is a special palletizing system developed for the finished bricks of the current block production line, which requires manual palletizing, high labor intensity, low production efficiency, and mechanization of the finished product shipment loading and unloading vehicles. This system is independently placed in the product maintenance yard. Nearby, for in-situ palletizing of cured products, it can also be connected in series with the block production line to achieve online palletizing. The whole machine consists of 5 parts: lifting device, brick feeding and palletizing, numerical control brick counting and arrangement mechanism, palletizing and grouping device, stacking and threading mechanism, etc., realizing the bottomless pallet of palletizing bricks. The whole machine adopts electric motor and pneumatic as driving power, and the electric drive is frequency conversion speed regulation, which has the characteristics of intelligence, stability, high efficiency, low power consumption and small space occupation.

Yes,Our block making machine is designed to meet the mass production of various kinds of concrete masonry blocks like brick, blocks, pavers, slabs, curbs, interlocking types etc by just changing the mould. all you need to do is remove one type mould and replace with another, which cost at half hour for changing time.


3.what raw materials are required to produce blocks?

Cement, sand, aggregate Fine and coarse aggregates make up the bulk of a concrete mixture. The max diameter should require within 10mm.


4.Can I get installation for this machine?

We will arrange our engineer to your factory to guide installation and training,the customer will be responsible for all wages and expense of engineer.


5.How about warranty?
