Automatic strapping machine for vertical strapping of PET strapping trays, the interface is on the top of the goods, and the strapping is completed at a fixed height position. The device consists of a rigid welded construction frame that supports all strapping machine components:
· The head of the strapping machine is located at the top of the moving direction of the goods. When the goods reach the designated position, a series of strapping machine processes of packing belt feeding, taking up, tightening, making buckles and cutting belts are automatically performed. The modular head can be quickly replaced and offline maintenance is also possible, minimizing production line downtime.
· The closed strapping slot set around the cargo is made of special material and has several independent special release devices, so that the PET strapping wraps around the cargo smoothly and perfectly.
· Floating device of the nose, compensating movement as the nose closes to the cargo and tightens it, which ensures that the straps are evenly stressed on all sides of the cargo.
· The strapping head moves the support frame and lowers it until the position is controlled by the sensor when it is about to meet the goods.
· The arrow piercing device that can be equipped is suitable for automatic strapping through the gap of the pallet.
· The reel car provides a continuous supply of packing tapes and temporarily stores the packing tapes through multiple sets of pulleys during the take-up. This device and equipment are basically independent, and the supply and temporary storage of the packing tapes are controlled by mechanical brakes.
· Operation control box can make the equipment work in fully automatic and manual mode.
