The equipment uses PLC intelligent control and electro-hydraulic servo drive, combined with a high-frequency variable frequency vibration system, to achieve full-process automation from raw material metering, mixing, and molding to automatic block output.

Main features
A block machine withstands tens of thousands of high-frequency vibrations every day – the frame life directly determines the equipment's service life. UNIK's main frame uses Q355B high-strength manganese steel, with the main load-bearing areas thickened to 25-30 mm, double welding at critical points, and a three-layer anti-rust treatment consisting of primer, topcoat, and baking paint. The design life is no less than 12 years, and the steel grade, thickness, welding process, and number of anti-rust layers are written into the contract to ensure that long-term precision does not drift.
