1.The machine frame consists of a welded construction using sectional steel to ensure optimum rigidity and accessibility.

2.The vibration table mountings are fully machined to ensure correct vertical directional amplitude.

3.The tamper and mould carriages are guided by 2 columns, accurately mounted on each side of the main frame in machined housings to allow for close tolerance synthetic bearings and cleaning rings. 

4.The base coarse mix and face mix hopper (optional) and feed boxes are mounted in sub frames, which is vertically adjustable for different product heights. After adjustment by means of a mechanical clamping this frame is bolted to the main frame.

5.The vibration system of the machine is equipped with our standard frequency controlled vibration system which is creating a uniform vertical vibration.

Wide range products:
A variety of exterior wall blocks, interior wall blocks, flower wall blocks, floor blocks, berm blocks, interlocking blocks and roadside blocks are able to be produced. With face mix section can also produce colorful pavement tiles. 

Raw material:
By using sand, stones and cement, a large number of industrial waste such as fly ash, slag, steel slag, coal gangue, ceramsite and perlite can be added.

The production cycle time is between 15 second without and 20 seconds with Face mix on regular Pavers production. This means with a production rate of 4 cycles per minute and 85 % efficiency the average output should be approx. 180 cycles per hour. However, please note that the machine speed will be lower with manual labour evolved and increase with more automation.

Packaging & Shipping：

Steel equipments including main machine, stacker, block/pallet conveyor, mixer and batching machine ect, will be packed nakedly in the container according to the space of container. The electrical components will be packed in strong seaworthy wood cases.
