Cement solid block machine is able to apply in fully automatic block production line, is made up of batch station, concrete mixer, belt conveyor,automatic stacker and forklift. the fresh brick will be came out of brick machine and transported to stacker by block conveyor,After the product is formed, it is automatically superimposed on the stack and finally transported by the forklift to the natural conservation. .
Main features:
◆Electrical system: It adopts PLC control and equipped with data input and output devices. The control system includes safety logic control and fault diagnosis system. The hydraulic control system consists of a large-capacity tank body auto-regulation variable system, a high-low pressure control system, and a synchronous demoulding device. The combined technology ensures that each cycle of the equipment operation is consistent, resulting in a high stability of the molded product and a low reject rate.
◆Cooling system: It can ensure the temperature and viscosity of the oil to make the whole hydraulic system more stable and reliable. It adopts advanced oil filtration system and can ensure the service life of the hydraulic components and the stability of the hydraulic system.
◆Vibratory pressure forming device: It is composed of frame body, unique excitation, vibration isolation device, pressure device and demoulding device. Using vertical directional vibration, pressure molding, simultaneous release.
◆Raw material feeder: uses pre-vibration feeding method to improve the production efficiency, compact the mass of the blocks, and achieve high strength and dimensional accuracy. equipped with feeding device for horizontal secondary feeding system can produce color products.
Uses: All kinds of external wall blocks, interior wall blocks, flower wall blocks, floor slabs, berm blocks, and blocks such as interlocking pavement blocks and curbs. The secondary fabric mechanism also produces colored pavers.
Raw materials: sand, stone and cement can be used to add a large amount of industrial waste such as fly ash, slag, steel slag, coal gangue, ceramsite and perlite.
