Screw conveyor
The screw conveyor is a conveyor that conveys objects by rotating spiral blades or through a spiral groove with its own spiral surface and its own rotation. Working at a certain inclination, the inclination angle can be between 45 and 60 degrees. Different length screw conveyors can be obtained by increasing or decreasing the standard section.

1. Efficient transport

The screw conveyor shell is a high-quality seamless steel pipe, and each segment is connected to the whole by a flange. Both horizontal and large dip angles can be continuously conveyed, and can be fixed and connected with supporting equipment without the need for foundations, making full use of space.
3. Diversity connection
The inlet and outlet ports are flanged, bag-connected, bag hangers connected, universal interface connections and other options.
4. Reliable seal
There is an anti-seepage device at the junction of the shell pipe, and the process hole has been carefully designed to prevent the blocking of the cement in the pipe caused by the infiltration of rainwater and the occurrence of stuffing and boring accidents.
5. No need to add oil
Since the screw conveyor adopts a novel intermediate bearing material, it can reduce friction, wear resistance and self-lubrication. Even if it is used for a long time, it is not necessary to add lubricating oil to avoid mixing of grease and cement on the shaft sleeve and shaft
6. Dedicated speed reducer
The gear reducer specially designed by our company is advanced and reasonable in design. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, large torque, fast rotation speed, no oil leakage, no noise, etc. It is also provided with a stop-and-retreat structure, which can be applied to thrust transmission with a large inclination angle.
