Hollow block machine has been applicable for producing series of color face bricks (layered color distribution), road curb stone, hollow blocks, cellular bricks, concrete standard bricks with and without face mix, The machine is built of strong section steel with 4 guiding columns with which the mould moves up and down,with the characters of high automation, stable capability and mulifuncation.

1. The seat of mould is equipped with synchronized connecting rod to guarantee mould and pressure head move accruately and synchronously

2. Three types of operating modes,full-auto,semi-auto and manual mode

3.Two way cartridge inserted valves are extensively used in the design to ensure fast system response, adequate oil flow and reliable seal

4.Proportional servo techonogy is used together with high-precision testing devices to realize automatic brick thickness testing and adjustment.

5.Fully automatic cement brick machine has high degree of automation and it achieved fully automation of the fabric, forming, blank, stacking and other processes.
