Our concrete pipe making machine is designed to meet concrete pipe with diameter from 300-2500mm and 3000mm max length. The concrete pipes including  flush joint, socket & spigot joint , are widely used in  agriculture field irrigation, administrative drainage, highway culvert and deep well.

Working principle:

Different size pipe are produced by various mould, supported by roller, when the roller rotating at a high speed, the concrete will spread and adhere to mould inner and form a cement pipe with the centrifugal force.In the operation process of roller hanging cement pipe, the friction, between the shafts on both ends of collar of first spindle empty set mold and the spindle, will drive molds.Including the material and the mold wall produce friction with the action of centrifugal force, distributing in the mold wall and then the materials initially formed.After the material is added to a certain amount, the tube continues to be fed, and the roller and pressure between the inner surfaces of the tube gradually increase. When the roll material of tube wall is added to a certain amount of pressure, and is equal to pressure roll ring, then continue feeding. Tube density is getting higher and higher, the rolling greater than the hoop stress of the roller and tube diameter reduced (roller ring gradually from the surface of the shaft). Then the pipeline and mold operation achieved spindle friction by the tube, and feeding make mold, high-speed operation of the pipeline, roller pressure and centrifugal force under pipeline joint action and the density meets the design requirements.

Nope, for example UNIK800*2000 only can produce cement pipes with diameter from 300-800mm, if you want to produce bigger one, have to choose our other models, Please refer to "specification"

3.what raw materials are required to produce concrete pipes?

Cement, sand, aggregate Fine and coarse aggregates make up the bulk of a concrete mixture. 

4.Can I get installation for this machine?

We will arrange our engineer to your factory to guide installation and training,the customer will be responsible for all wages and expense of engineer.

5.How about warranty?
