Following the delivery of the UNIK fully automatic block forming machine production line to Pakistan in 2019, another production line has also entered the installation stage in North China.
The project plans to use an enlarged QT9 full-automatic brick-making production line complete set of equipment, and the whole design process is from the perspective of ecological and environmental protection: ①Fully consider its energy saving, adopt German servo technology, and save about 20%-30% compared with ordinary motors; ②From the perspective of reducing dust and noise, it can avoid smog and reduce noise pollution; ③From the wide range of raw materials and applicability, this equipment can comprehensively and effectively utilize construction waste, iron ore waste slag, slag, tailings, etc. Industrial waste, after replacing the mold, mass production of standard bricks, grass-planting bricks, sponge city water-permeable bricks and other brick block products, the product has a short molding cycle, high product density, and high production efficiency. It is in line with the development direction of the national environmental protection industry adjustment and revitalization plan.
