We are loading concrete pipe moulds to Angola, as The few concrete culverts produced in the local construction market in Angola cannot fully meet the design requirements and have low output. Therefore, in this project, it is necessary to introduce a more advanced cantilever pipe production line in China, and produce and produce reinforced concrete culverts by ourselves to meet the design and construction requirements.

The cement pipe mold is composed of two semi-circular arc steel templates and two steel plug rings. And with a spacer steel ring, the 2010mm long mold can be divided into two areas. Culverts with shorter lengths can be produced. (Generally, most of the culverts are shorter at the ends of the entire pipe culvert.) The steel ring of the spacer is fixed by the positioning screw on the mold. The spacer steel ring is only used when making non-standard length concrete culverts.

In the process of using N’ZETO-SOYO highway project with suspended rollers, the process of making reinforced concrete culverts was appropriately modified in accordance with local actual conditions and engineering characteristics, so as to be more reasonable and meet the requirements of engineering contracts and specifications. The quality of finished culvert pipes of various specifications has been well received by the engineering supervision unit. Therefore, it is determined that the pipe making process has been successfully summarized and applied in the project, and at the same time, it will provide corresponding reference and reference for future construction.
