The items to check and maintain monthly
1. To check the degree of wear about side liner and bottom liner.
(Less than 3mm need to be replaced)
2 To check the degree of wear about stirring knife and stirring arm. (more than 50% need to be replaced)
3. To check whetherthe discharge gate shaft and locking screws of bearing block are loose.
4. To check whether the lock screw of motor seat is loose.
5. To check whether the screws of other structure are loose.
6. To check whether locking screws of all stirring knives, blades and arm are loose.
7. To check and adjust the spacing between stirring knife, blade and shell (about 3mm-8mm).
8.To inject amount of butter in the rocking link with butter cup.
