In the normal production process, the rotation speed of the vibration box shaft should reach 4500-5000 rpm. In the case of high-speed operation, if there is a shortage of oil, the non-burning bricks will grind the vibration box bearings within 1-2 hours.
A breathing valve is installed on the lid of the vibrating hole of the vibrating box, and the breathing valve must be kept open. The vibration box and the vibration motor are connected by a triangle belt. Usually, loosening will occur for a period of time. This will affect the vibration effect and cause the density of the product to decrease.
