Remove the material bucket above the material feeding drawer and before this, the probe wire of the material bucket should be disconnected.
Make sure that the material feeding drawer is back in its extreme position and the probe wire should be disconnected to the hydraulic duct of the motor of the vibrator. Cover the duct’s mouth and the joint.
Draw up the material feeding drawer vertically with care in order not to damage the drawer’s hydraulic cylinder
Check the wearable plates (back and front) at the side to see if there is abrasion and make replacement is necessary. Wearable plate is above the material feeding box.
