5. Adjust the eccentric shaft of the brick pressing mechanism so that it can press the required bricks.
6. Adjust the pull rod, washer on the turntable mechanism and the spherical eccentric shaft on the crankshaft mechanism so that it is automatically stuck in the idle stroke, and the overtravel distance is not more than 3 mm.
7. Adjust the adjusting nut on the vertical shaft, so that the bottom plane of the pressure-bearing template and the top plane of the rotary plate should be parallel, and there should be a 1-1.5mm gap.
Of course, don’t forget to try a machine after testing.After installation of the brick press, a test run must be carried out. The test run includes two parts: air interception and load test.
Before the test run, the machine should be visually inspected, tighten the unfastened parts, remove the debris on the surface of the turntable, in the horizontal holes and other transmission parts, and add enough lubricating oil to each lubrication point, and then manually move the machine to return it The turntable rotates for 2-3 weeks, and after checking the machine, it is confirmed that there is no jamming phenomenon.
The empty car test can only be carried out after all inspections are qualified. The running time should be no less than 2 hours. During the empty car test, carefully observe the bearing temperature, gear meshing, motor temperature rise and lubrication, and pay attention to the brick pressing mechanism and the track top brick.
