The equipment is strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with CE standards, with electrical systems, safety guards, and environmental requirements fully compliant with EU regulations.
Addressing the specific needs of the Turkish market, the UNIK block making machine has been specially optimized in terms of voltage configuration (380V/50Hz), raw material adaptability (river sand, manufactured sand, stone powder), and product specifications (in line with local Turkish standards).

Main features
The main frame is welded from 20–30 mm high-strength steel plates, with critical load-bearing areas reinforced by double-layer welding to ensure no deformation even after ten years of use. The surface undergoes a multi-layer anti-rust treatment consisting of primer, topcoat, and baking finish. The vibration system bearings are imported heavy-duty models, with a service life more than three times that of ordinary bearings.
