Main features
The cavity walls of wall blocks are relatively thin, making them more difficult to mold than solid bricks. The high-frequency vibration system ensures that the concrete flows fully within the mold, uniformly filling every part of the cavity walls. The vibration frequency is adjustable between 45 and 70 Hz, and the exciting force between 0 and 80 kN, adapting to different raw materials and cavity design requirements.
