UNIK Solid Brick Machine is a concrete molding equipment specifically designed for producing high-density solid bricks, suitable for load-bearing walls, foundations, fences, industrial flooring, and other construction applications that demand high strength.
Unlike conventional block machines, the solid brick machine features targeted enhancements in three core areas: molding pressure, vibration system, and mold strength. The equipment adopts high-pressure molding technology to ensure a void-free interior and uniform density, achieving compressive strength levels from MU10 to MU25-meeting the technical requirements of various building structures for load-bearing bricks.
Positioned for annual production volumes of 1 to 5 million solid bricks, this equipment serves customer segments including small to medium-sized brick plants, building contractors, and rural building material supply points.

Main features
Reinforced Main Frame Structure
The main frame is welded from 25–30 mm high-strength steel plates, which is 30% thicker than standard models. Critical load-bearing areas utilize a double-welding process, improving fatigue resistance by 40%. The surface undergoes a three-layer anti-rust treatment-primer, topcoat, and baking finish-making it suitable for harsh environments such as humid and coastal regions.
