The hollow concrete blocks machine is a comprehensive system designed to produce high-quality, durable building blocks. The entire setup includes several core components such as the electronic batching system, mixing system, cement and water metering systems, feeding system, distribution system, forming system, automatic stacking system, automatic palletizing system, hydraulic system, and electrical control system.

Operation Process
1. Material Handling:
Raw Materials: The raw materials, such as sand and aggregate, are transported to the batching station by a loader.
Cement Supply: Cement is fed into the cement metering device via a screw conveyor.
Water Supply: Water is pumped into the water metering device.
2. Metering and Mixing:
Precise Metering: All materials are automatically and precisely measured before being fed into the mixer.
Mixing: The materials are thoroughly mixed in the mixer to form a homogeneous mixture known as concrete.
3. Material Transfer:
Conveyor Belt: The mixed concrete is transported via a conveyor belt to the storage hopper on the main machine.
Storage Hopper: The hopper releases the concrete into the distributor's material box.
4. Distribution and Molding:
Material Distribution: The distributor evenly spreads the concrete into the mold box.
Forming: The block machine uses vibration and pressure to compact the material in the mold box, forming the block.
5. Post-Formation Handling:
Automatic Ejection: The formed blocks are automatically ejected from the mold.
Stacking: The blocks are stacked by the automatic stacking system, typically in layers of 5-10.
Palletizing: The stacked blocks are moved to the storage area by a forklift for palletizing.
6. Curing:
Curing Period: The blocks undergo a curing period of 7-10 days to achieve the required strength and durability, after which they are ready for use.
