Gantry Frame Structure – Strong and Vibration-Resistant
The QT6-15 main frame adopts a gantry frame structure made of oversized, high-strength steel, offering excellent rigidity, vibration resistance, and reliability. The guide posts are made of special steel with a chrome-plated surface, providing outstanding torque resistance and wear resistance. The frame is manufactured using extra-large, high-strength steel and special welding techniques, ensuring good rigidity, vibration resistance, and a long service life.
The vibration system consists of two parts: table vibration and pressing vibration (some models are equipped with a synchronous vibration system). A high-power vibration box drives the system, combined with upper mold pressing vibration. The demolding cylinder locks the mold box onto the vibration table, achieving combined table‑mold vibration. This allows the concrete to fully liquefy and release air within 2–3 seconds, resulting in high density and high strength.
The unique vibration isolation system concentrates the exciting force on the mold, ensuring block density while reducing frame vibration and noise. In the combined table‑mold vibration configuration, the vibration acceleration can reach 15–20g, and the exciting force can reach 380–680 kN, ensuring high product density and excellent strength.
