MOBILE BLOCK MAKING MACHINES

Mobile block making machine is a type of concrete brick production equipment that integrates the main forming unit, mixing system and control system onto a movable chassis. Different from stationary equipment, it can be transferred between various construction sites, realizing a production mode of "on-site brick making and on-site application".
The most prominent feature of this equipment is that it requires no pallets: the formed green bricks are directly laid on the ground for curing, eliminating the costs of pallet purchase and turnover. Meanwhile, the machine is equipped with traveling wheels and can be towed and transferred by small vehicles without disassembly or professional hoisting

Unlike traditional stationary block making machines, mobile models adopt an egg-laying working method: the machine travels on a prefabricated hardened surface, moves forward a certain distance after forming one batch of bricks, and leaves the green bricks directly on the ground. This design eliminates the cost of pallet purchase (each pallet costs tens to hundreds of yuan) as well as the labor cost for pallet turnover and management.
