CINDER BLOCK MAKING MACHINE

Cinder block making machine is a molding equipment specially designed for producing concrete blocks using cinder (coal ash, coal gangue, furnace slag) as the main raw material.Different from traditional block making machines, the cinder block machine has been specially optimized in three core aspects: the vibration system, batching system and molding pressure, to adapt to the characteristics of cinder raw materials such as low specific gravity, high water absorption and uneven particle size.

Optimized Specially for Cinder Raw Materials

Cinder raw materials have three major characteristics: low specific gravity (about 60–70% of sand and gravel), high water absorption (requiring adjustment of the water-cement ratio), and uneven particle size (containing fine powder and coarse particles). The UNIK cinder block machine is specially designed to address these characteristics:

Variable Frequency Vibration SystemVibration frequency adjustable from 45–70 Hz, excitation force adjustable from 0–80 kN. Lightweight cinder particles require higher vibration frequency for even distribution and to prevent segregation.

Forced Mixing SystemEquipped with a JS twin-shaft compulsory mixer to ensure thorough mixing of cinder, cement and water, solving uneven mixing caused by the high water absorption of cinder.

Adjustable Molding PressureMolding pressure adjustable from 5–25 MPa, regulated according to the cinder content ratio. Higher cinder content requires greater molding pressure.
