Taking UNIK's fully automatic production line as an example, the workflow is centrally coordinated by the control system:
Batching: The loader feeds raw materials into the batching station. The computer automatically weighs aggregates and cement according to the recipe, with an accuracy of ±2%.
Mixing: Aggregates and cement are transferred to the forced mixer and uniformly mixed. The mixture is then conveyed via belt conveyor to the forming machine.
Forming: The forming machine completes the full cycle of spreading, vibration, pressing, and demolding within 15‑20 seconds. The key here is not "speed," but ensuring that the density and dimensional deviation of each mold are kept within extremely tight tolerances.
Curing: The shuttle car system transports pallets loaded with blocks into the curing chamber, automatically managing entry and exit.
Palletizing: After curing, the automatic palletizer stacks the blocks neatly according to preset patterns, ready for direct forklift loading.
The entire process requires only 1‑2 technical personnel monitoring screens in the control room – not workers covered in grease adjusting machines on the shop floor.

Spreading uniformity: The first dividing line between fully automatic and semi‑automatic equipment lies in spreading. The mold cavities of hollow blocks and paving bricks often have complex hole structures – if spreading is not uniform, even the best vibration cannot compensate. Advanced fully automatic equipment features a separate storage‑and‑spreading design. Through a forced arch‑breaking mechanism, it generates centrifugal discharge, allowing material to be quickly and evenly injected into every corner of the mold cavity, with a single‑product weight tolerance controlled within ±5%.
