Variable Frequency Vibration System: The Key to Raw Material Adaptability
The range of raw materials a machine can handle directly determines your long‑term profitability. UNIK uses a variable‑frequency drive vibration system with adjustable vibration frequency from 45–70 Hz and adjustable excitation force from 0–80 kN. For manufactured sand with high clay content, the excitation force is increased to ensure compaction. For fly ash with high fines content, the vibration frequency is optimized to achieve uniform distribution. For recycled aggregates with complex gradations, pre‑set parameter combinations are provided by the factory. Combined with a forced feeding device, the system ensures high density and high strength even with high waste‑material content. The machine can process a wide range of raw materials, including river sand, manufactured sand, stone powder, fly ash, slag, boiler ash, coal gangue, and recycled aggregates from construction waste.
Fly ash can replace 30%–50% of cement, and recycled aggregates from construction waste can partially replace natural aggregates. High‑waste‑content mix designs can reduce raw material costs by 30%–50% - a core pathway to profitability for a block plant. UNIK offers a raw material sample testing service: customers send their local raw material samples, and the technical team completes the mix design and pre‑adjusts the vibration parameters before the machine leaves the factory - ensuring the machine is ready to run on your materials as soon as it arrives on site.
