Intelligent Electronic Control System
The equipment uses an industrial-grade PLC controller from either German Siemens or Japanese Mitsubishi, paired with a touchscreen HMI (human-machine interface). The control system integrates data input/output devices, safety logic control, and a fault diagnosis system, supporting three operation modes: manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic. High-end models (such as the QT8-15) use the Mitsubishi PLC control system and a Delta touchscreen, offering intuitive operation and self-diagnostic fault detection. In addition, some equipment has been integrated with a smart equipment cloud service platform, enabling remote maintenance and monitoring.
