The mold cavities of hollow blocks, perforated bricks, and paving bricks often have complex hole structures. If spreading is not uniform, even the best vibration cannot compensate. UNIK's semi‑enclosed mesh spreading system features a separate storage‑and‑spreading design. Through a forced arch‑breaking mechanism, it generates centrifugal discharge, allowing material to be quickly and evenly injected into every corner of the mold cavity, with a single‑product weight tolerance controlled within ±5%.

Vibration System: 2‑3 Seconds That Determine a Block's Lifespan

The density and strength of a concrete block depend on whether the vibration system can fully liquefy and de‑air the material in an extremely short time. UNIK adopts table‑mold combined vibration technology, achieving a vibration acceleration of up to 17.5G. Combined with a variable frequency control system (45‑70 Hz adjustable, 0‑80 kN exciting force steplessly adjustable), the process from feeding to forming is completed in just 2‑3 seconds. Conventional models typically require 25‑30 seconds.

Fully automatic equipment is equipped with a Siemens PLC + HMI touchscreen interface. Operators can monitor production parameters, diagnose faults, and adjust settings through a 15‑inch touchscreen, saving up to 50‑100 recipes for different brick types. When changing production, parameters can be recalled with one click, eliminating the need for manual retuning.
