UNT Series: Fully Automatic Block Forming Machines
UNIK's UNT series adopts a third‑generation servo vibration system that supplies power on demand, with standby energy consumption near zero. Compared with conventional models, it achieves 20% to 30% overall energy savings. The equipment covers a complete automated process from raw material batching and mixing to forming, automatic stacking, and packaging. The core models are equipped with Siemens PLC + HMI control and Rexroth proportional hydraulic systems, and feature a quick mold change system (<15 minutes).
