The QT6-15's core technical innovation is its semi‑enclosed mesh spreading system.

Traditional block forming machines spread material by pouring it directly into the mold box all at once, then relying on vibration to level it out. This method works reasonably well for solid bricks or simple hollow blocks, but for complex cellular block structures, it tends to cause material accumulation and insufficient filling of the holes.

The QT6-15's semi‑enclosed mesh spreading system features a separate storage‑and‑spreading design. When the material box reaches the position above the mold, the forced arch‑breaking mechanism generates powerful centrifugal discharge, rapidly and evenly injecting the material into every cavity of the mold. The weight tolerance of a single product is controlled within ±5%, and the strength tolerance does not exceed ±15%.

The value of this system is: you don't need to rely on the operator's experience to judge whether the spreading is uniform – the machine does it itself.

Customisation is the default option for the QT6-15

"Customisation" is not an option for the QT6-15 – it is its basic configuration.

Mold customisation: Molds of any shape and any specification can be manufactured according to customer drawings.

Voltage customisation: 220V, 380V, 400V, 415V, 440V, and other commonly used voltages.

Colour customisation: Grey, red, yellow, blue, or as per customer requirements.

Recipe customisation: Process parameters for different brick types are stored in the PLC and recalled with one click when changing production.

Complete line customisation: From batching, mixing, and forming to palletising – the entire production line can be customised according to your factory layout.
